Atlena Abdollahi
is an LLB graduate with a focus on international arbitration, commercial law, and the intersection of AI and law. Her main area of interest lies in exploring how advancements in artificial intelligence can shape legal practices, with an emphasis on commercial law. Believing that understanding the relationships between different legal systems is crucial in an increasingly interconnected world. With a background in leadership, she previously served as the leader of her university’s Law Association, where she organized events and fostered collaboration within the legal community.
Lulu Samborska
Lulu Samborska is currently pursuing an LLM in European law, with a focus on Competition law at Leiden University. She has completed a bachelor in Global Law at Tilburg University, having written her thesis about the potential of exceptions to European Union Competition Law to promote sustainability in the animal agriculture industry. Her main fields of interest are EU law and competition law. Lulu has extensive experience in leadership, organizing events and competitive debating. Lulu is fluent in 5 languages.
Merve Kılıç
Merve Kılıç is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in New Media and Digital Culture at Utrecht University and holds a Master’s degree in Management from Yıldız Technical University. She also holds bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Science Education. With professional experience in event management, digital communication, and brand strategy, Merve has coordinated international conferences and large-scale projects, specializing in project management, content development, social media strategy, and stakeholder communication. Her main fields of interest are digital strategy, AI in communication, innovation, and communication-driven projects that create meaningful impact.
Iris Sibilla
graduated in Business Law in 2022, and currently working as a Business Jurist in Turin, Italy. Mostly enthusiast in IP law and European Law, International Relationship and EU politics. Also a bassist, dancer and social animal.
Lucie Bendová
is a third-year law student at Masaryk University in Brno, embarking on her journey into international law. While still new to the field, her passion for international relations and diplomacy drives her to explore its complexities. She is particularly drawn to international humanitarian law and the prosecution of war crimes - areas she hopes to specialize in as she advances in her future. With a deep curiosity about the world, Lucie closely follows global politics, history, and human rights. She keeps a close eye on current events, always seeking to understand the deeper dynamics shaping international relations and conflicts.

I am an international and European law student from Ireland, currently studying at Maastricht University’s Faculty of Law. I like volunteering for AMAL as it aligns with the values that I share with my studies, namely the appreciation for international law and its application. The AMAL community and the work we do is essential in times like today where international law is often unclear and needs to be simplified, which is what we are here to provide.
Edwina Kingsley-Nyinah
I am a masters graduate who enjoys reading,going out with friends and writing. I enjoy volunteering with Amal Law Global because it gives me the chance to engage with international law from diverse perspectives while contributing to meaningful global conversations. It’s also a great way to build skills, expand my network, and make a positive impact through research and advocacy.

I am Lyaziza, a third-year LLB Global Law student at Tilburg University, Netherlands. I volunteer at AMAL’s Content Strategy Team because I enjoy combining creativity with my passion for law. Being part of AMAL gives me the chance to contribute to meaningful projects, learn from others, and connect with a like-minded community.

Aslı is a trilingual lawyer from Türkiye, currently based in Lyon. She holds an LL.M. in International Trade and Investment Law and works with a California-based law firm. Deeply interested in international law, she enjoys exploring global legal questions and collaborating with people from all over the world.
Lizi Jgerenaia
She is a second-year undergraduate student in International Law at Kutafin Moscow State Law University. Through her participation in various conferences and Model United Nations, she has had the opportunity to explore different areas of law and identify her main interests: international public law, international sports law, and private law.Lizi is fluent in three languages and is currently learning Italian, where she is approaching an intermediate level. Her passion is about exploring the world and its diverse legal systems, and one of main goals is to make this curiosity an integral part of her future career and bring it to life.
Danielle Serafin
Brazilian, she has been living in Paris for several years, following her first international experience in the Netherlands, which sparked her interest in diverse cultures and global contexts. She holds a degree in Industrial Production Management, with a focus on International Trade, and is currently pursuing fluency in her third language, French, through university studies at L’Institut Campus Langues de Paris. She is curious, adaptable, and strongly interested in multicultural environments and global interactions. Working at Amal aligns with her values and offers opportunities to learn and apply her knowledge internationally.
Elena Kukovica
Elena Kukovica is a passionate and creative legal researcher and advocate for social and environmental justice from Slovenia, Europe. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, and a Master's in Law from the University of Groningen, the Netherlands. She has previously worked on European Human Rights Law, Migration and Asylum law, and Environmental Migration law. She holds a deep passion for the protection of indigenous rights, animal and environmental law, and their intersection. She wishes to contribute to their legal advancement and produce visual storytelling projects on these topics for educational and awareness purposes.
Ariadna Guerrero Aragón
Ariadna Guerrero Aragón is a law graduate and criminologist currently pursuing an LL.M. in European Criminal Justice at Utrecht University. She holds a double degree in Law and Criminology, with an academic focus on criminal justice, public policy, and crime prevention. Her experience includes legal research and case analysis, as well as collaboration with organizations working in the field of human rights and equality, particularly on anti-discrimination issues. She has also gained practical experience in legal drafting within the notarial sector.Alongside her studies, Ariadna participates in the Utrecht University Honours Programme, where she continues to develop her academic and professional skills. Her academic path has included international study experiences in several European countries, which have contributed to her interest in European cooperation in criminal matters. She speaks several languages and values intercultural communication, with a professional interest in contributing to a fair and effective European justice system.
